Guess what?

I totally missed my blogiversary this year. AGAIN.

I can’t remember my excuse for last year, but the year before I had a one month old baby to take care of so I was a bit snowed under.

This year’s excuse? My mum was visiting and we had a ball; talking, shopping, fussing over Poppy, talking, shopping… did I mention shopping? We did some beaching too. Is so a word! (more…)

Are you dubious about the title of this post? Don’t be!

I’m totally not lying this time. Promise :)

That’s right, there’s no cream or butter… there’s buttery macadamia nuts instead.

How to never dilute your smoothie with ice, ever again!

Posted on October 25, 2012

Are you sick of your smoothies getting watered down by ice cubes? Me too, but don’t worry – I’ve found a solution!

Simply make ice cubes out of milk and raw cacao (or cocoa powder) and jazz up a glass of milk or smoothie with ice cubes that will keep it chilled AND tasty. You can even eat the cubes on their own as a guilt-free treat, yum! (more…)
