Plenty of indulgent blow outs and healthy everyday treats to keep you on track.
I try my best to make desserts as healthy as possible so that they can be enjoyed more often without sacrificing texture or flavour. I have been experimenting a lot with vegan desserts so there are plenty of those.
Are you sick of your smoothies getting watered down by ice cubes? Me too, but don’t worry – I’ve found a solution!
Simply make ice cubes out of milk and raw cacao (or cocoa powder) and jazz up a glass of milk or smoothie with ice cubes that will keep it chilled AND tasty. You can even eat the cubes on their own as a guilt-free treat, yum! (more…)
Chocolate and mint go well together, right?
Today I have taken that concept just a little bit further.
This is a super moist chocolate cake made with ground almonds and walnuts and then poked all over and drowned in a sweet and sticky syrup of refreshing peppermint tea. Sounds like heaven, doesn’t it? (more…)

Christina is also a co-founder of the Sweet Adventures blog hop, where each month a theme is chosen and food bloggers cook a sweet dish to match it.
I’ve watched the blog hop from the sidelines since its inception, but have always been too busy to participate or have simply forgotten the deadline date for entries. Not this month though – our stars have aligned! (more…)
