You may have noticed that my blog has had a bit of a re-design over the past few weeks. This is for two reasons; firstly, I wanted to remove the categories on the right side bar and create dedicated recipe and reviews pages and secondly, because I joined Foodbuzz as a Featured Publisher and needed space to advertise.

Foodbuzz is like Facebook for Food Lovers, but even better! I’m pretty hot on Facebook, so that’s a big call from me. The great thing about Foodbuzz is that the whole community loves food (just like me), so I feel right at home. Tangobaby\'s Breakfast

In response to my last post, my new friend and fellow nominee in the Awards, Tangobaby, has gone to the trouble of sending me a photograph of her favourite breakfast. Please feast your eyes on the gorgeous picture above and I must give a special mention to Tangobaby’s other half, ‘The Boy’ for taking this juicy shot.

This delicious feast is Chevre (French goats cheese) wrapped in Prosciutto and pan fried in butter, served with scrambled eggs with mushrooms. What I wouldn’t give to dive into that plate right now. I love the way the goats cheese is melted and gently oozing out of the crispy proscuitto shell. (more…)

Pucino’s Sugar for Commoners

I was having a coffee with the Bear (my hubby) on the train station platform at Milton Keynes when I spotted this sugar packet – only in England could they think of something so funny slash rude!

In case you didn’t know, Puccino’s is a coffee bar franchise based in the UK. The coffee tasted OK, but not great. It was really, really cold at the time so that probably improved the taste as well.
